Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms govern use of the CallRevive AI website and, in summary form, the messaging programs CallRevive AI operates. Service engagements with client businesses are governed by the separate written service agreement signed at signup, which controls if there is any conflict with this page. Questions: [email protected].

The service

CallRevive AI configures and manages missed-call text-back, AI receptionist, estimate follow-up, and review-request systems for home-services businesses, delivered on third-party platforms. Pricing, the 30-day pilot, and the booked-job test are as stated on this website and confirmed in writing in the service agreement before launch. CallRevive does not guarantee revenue, call volume, or booked jobs; outcomes depend on call volume, availability, and customer demand.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information through its forms, or attempt to disrupt the service. Businesses using CallRevive agree to honor opt-out requests and applicable messaging and calling laws for their own programs.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to CallRevive AI or its licensors. Client businesses keep ownership of their customer data and phone numbers as set out in the service agreement, including contact export and number port-out cooperation on cancellation.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is." The service depends on third-party platforms and carriers; if a platform or carrier fails, CallRevive will work to restore service but is not liable for the third party's outage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallRevive's liability for any claim relating to the website or the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
